Bachelor degree (S1) in Japanese literature fromreputable university, minimum GPA 3.25

Fluent in Japanese (verbal & written) with min.JLPT N2

Have experience with a Japanese company(manufacturing preferred) or have lived in Japan

Placement in Bekasi (Tambun) or Jakarta (Pulogadung)
Others:

Active in organization (preferred ascoordinator/leader)

Have academic/non-academic achievements

Willing to work at production site (genba)

Strong analytical and logical thinking

Good interpersonal & communication skill
