Requirement:

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business management, information technology, Information Systems, Public Relations, Marketing Communications.

 • Hard working, diligent, Programming skills is a plus

 • Proficiency in English

 •  Verbal and written communication skills

 • Basic Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SORTING DATA, PIVOT)

 • Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills

 • Ability to perform under pressure and target oriented

 • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

 • Fast learner and fast adapt in dynamic environment

 • Good time management

 •  Willing to work hybrid and based in Surabaya

Responsibilities:

 • Acquire new potential customers

 • Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients

 • Build trusted relationship with customers

 • Monitor clients performance

 • Encourage customers for up-sell and cross-sell

 • Follow and achieve sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
