Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company and/or a Public Accounting Firm (KAP). Preferably have leadership experience. Strong willingness and eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, will be considered an advantage.
